12-point font and 1\u201d margins to include:\n<ul>\n<li>well-defined problem statement<\/li>\n<li>abbreviated literature review<\/li>\n<li>section detailing research methods\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>work-plan schedule<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0itemized budget for the planned work<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0brief budget justification narrative that meets the following guidelines\n<ul>\n<li>equipment purchases are not permitted with endowment funds<\/li>\n<li>RSS will not pay overhead charges to the host institution of the recipient<\/li>\n<li>proposals may seek additional funding from other sources &#8211;
